MRP BALLITO JUNCTION- PRICE U SEE IS NOT WAT U PAY!

So I go to the Mrp store at ballito junction mall this morning with an item 2 exchange, so as there is a sale on I decided 2 exchange for a few items from the kiddies sale, only 2 go 2 the til and be told that an exchange cannot be done without the card even though I have the receipt.....so anyway I decided 2 pay cash and not do the exchange, I picked up a pair of kiddies Jean's that was marked down and then I'm told that the incorrect label was put on the item its actually at a higher price so I explained 2 the lady that it was not my error and according 2 the consumer protection act the price I see on the item is wat I will pay, so then a very rude guy comes over and decides 2 show me a rack of items that have a different label on it and tells me I cannot purchase the item for the price I saw it, i called for the manager and after waiting over 20 minutes she comes back 2 tel me she cannot let me purchase the item at the price I saw it she will speak 2 her manager and contact me. So now I'm left without the item I wanted after spending 45mins looking in the store.I'm so disappointed with the service at this store obviously MRP staff have no understanding of the consumer protection act and simply expect customers 2 be ok with going 2 the till and having a price changed. It's sad how poor the customer service at Ballito Junction MRP is.
