MRP are *******

I ordered a few things online last year. MRP conveniently didn't put 2 items in my parcel. Thereafter they sent me an email saying they were out of stock and therefore they didn't put it in the parcel. They didn't refund me either mind you. I sent several emails and made several phone calls. I was asked for confirmation of Banking details which was provided to them last year. To date I have still not received my refund nor a response. Mr Price are big *******. Be careful when shopping online with them. They will take your money nicely but not give you everything you paid for. Disgusting. I will never support you again. *******!!!!!
