MRP App is a *****!

Very bad online service. I have sent a total of 4 emails, a facebook message and submitted an enquiry request via their website and no answer.

This is the 3rd time in a row I have had this terrible service from Mr Price on their online platform. The parcel was estimated to be here by the 10th of July already and the order was placed not the 30th of June.

Atleast I didn't spend a lot because it's the 2nd time I have had to raise my voice regarding get the feeling that the mrp group is being ********** especially on when it comes to their app.

And I'm probably only going to receive an answer NOW because mrp only responds when customers start complaining about them.

Can't believe I again wasted money with you, thank god this time it wasn't a lot. I have definitely learned my lesson now which the mrp group's terrible service!!!
