MRP Account Paid but not reflecting

I made payment for my account on the app using the EFT option with OZOW on the 23rd of January. My account still shows that I owe money for the month of January when money left my bank account and I have a reference number and email from Mr Price acknowledging my payment. I have sent proof of payment to emails provided by the whatsapp customer service number and by a consultant on the facebook page. This morning I received an sms saying I am in arrears.... The last thing I need is my credit being affected because of incompetence of people at Mr Price not updating and sorting out this issue. I am frustrated and extremely annoyed that I have not received any sort of communication either after I sent proof of payment to let me know what the process is to make sure that all is sorted. Try call in, no one answers the phones...
