MRP account

I have been sending messages on Facebook, Instagram. I have been emailing them. I have been calling the call Centre and to no avail. I app**** for my MRP account in March and got my 1st voucher. April came and went and no voucher, may has now come and will be gone and no voucher? June will probably be the same. I signed up for the MRP account in order to get the vouchers offered and nothing. I am extremely disappointed. Horrible horrible service
