Mrp 100 Plus

So I have just realised that I have been paying for Mrp 100 Plus since December 2019, if not earlier. I had advised the agent that I wanted nothing to do with their sim card and they sent it to me anyways. I tossed it in the rubbing as soon as I received it. Now I don't understand how I am being charged for it even when the company knows that it was never even activated. I will pay off the R980 I owe and close that account. Opening an account with you was the biggest mistake I've ever made.
