Mr Prize ignoring COVID protocol

It is very concerning that the Mr Price Store At Ladysmith KZN has no air-cons and ventilation. Shopping there is a nightmare, it’s stuffy and hot. The worst part is that we are in the middle of an entire world pandemic so things like ventilation should be prioritized. If it’s this bad for us customers, I can’t imagine how the staff gets through their day, or is this what all Mr Price stores subject their staff and customers to?
