Mr Price's undesirable business practices

Mr Price sold my mom a cell phone contract for an Prestigo multipad. The IPAD was delivered by RAM with a closed package but the IPAD was damaged. The screen of the IPAD was damaged and she was told if she opens the package she accept all terms and conditions of the contract. She went to Mr Price and she was told only specific branches deal with cell phone contracts, which I find ridiculous. A consultant by the name of Neliswa Mlambo spoke and serviced her call and told her if she opened the package that means she accept receiving the package on a good condition. She was debited the premium including the administration fee but no service or follow up on the matter. It's been a year and no follow up was made and this is against the FAIS Act as they are a registered financial service provider. My mother is 59 of age and she would still love to work as a financial advisor but due to this matter she's been listed as a bad payer cause she disputed the debit order. Mr Price is real benefiting on this as they have sold the account to external collectors. This is how the retail store brings business by robbing senior citizens of their money and denting their ITC profile. Mr Price is not complying with any FAIS Acts and I wonder if this will be attended to shame on this company (mr price)
