MR PRICES SERVICE IS DISGUSTING AND UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

I bought two items online from Mr price in early November for the items to be delivered on the 23 November. That day being black Friday caused my items to be delivered late therefore causing me have to purchase the same thing instore as I didn't have the time to wait for the next day. I asked for a refund on the 25 November. I spoke to an agent by the name of Clancy Chetty at the Mr Price group to process my refund but needed to wait two weeks for the depot to receive my items and a refund would be processed. It is not January and I am yet to receive my money back. The service is disgusting and utterly unacceptable I keep getting passed on to the next agent as Clancy is conveniently always busy. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, THEY WERE SO QUICK TO TAKE MY MONEY BUT CAN'T SEND IT BACK FOR GOODS I DON'T EVEN HAVE.

AVOID THIS PEOPLE MR PRICE IS FULL OF **** AND FULL OF EXCUSES.
