Mr Prices Salt Mobile device

I’m very disappointed with the Salt phone I purchased july. The phone is extremely slow, frequently freezes, and I’ve also experienced ongoing coverage/network issues. These problems have made the phone frustrating to use on a daily basis.

I also feel that the salesperson was not completely honest or transparent with me about the phone’s performance and limitations at the time of purchase. Had I been given a more accurate explanation, I may have made a different purchasing decision.

I expected better from Salt, and I hope they take this feedback seriously and look into both the quality of the device and how these products are being presented to customers.
