Mr Price's Efficiency

A big ups to Mr Price. On Saturday we contacted them as we would like to settle and close our account and not only were the call centre staff efficient but super friendly. We got a settlement letter within minutes. We paid and yesterday received our Paid Up letter and account closure confirmation. Banks and other institutions can certainly take a page out of their book. Thank you.........
