Mr Price's Administration is a total joke

What can I say, other than I am in total shock and so disappointed that I am willing to drive to Mr Price Head Office to find out who is not doing their job. I CANCELLED my Mr Price Account in 2022 - after a few months, I received a call from a debt company, wanting me to pay my debt to Mr Price. After a very long discussion, I caved and paid the amount due and then resent my cancellation request which was confirmed via phone call. Sorted right? Think again.

Every 5 - 7 months I receive a call from a debt company stating I have some amount in arears on my Mr Price Account. The previous time, roughly July 2024 I refused to pay and emailed their offices all my required documents and Proof of Payments to close the Account - Resolved, I think not, as this very morning, I received ANOTHER call from a poor lady who received my full fury as she mentioned Mr Price and I lost it completely. I will NOT pay another 'arears' amount to Mr Price.
