Mr Price - Your service is appalling!

One can never use COVID-19 as an excuse for bad service or bad attitude. I was at Mr Price Retail Park Boksburg this morning looking for mens slippers, well what a debaucle! When asking a member of staff where I could find said slippers I got a look, and then a finger that pointed in a general direction towards the opposite side of the "large" store. If you don't know find someone who does and can assist FFS!. Proceeding across to opposite side, still not seeing what I'm looking for found another staff member to ask, this time I got a blank stare as clearly there is no such thing as slippers for men, after repeating myself approximately 5 times he opened a box, hauled out womens' slippers and asked if this is what I was looking for...seriously ***, are staff not educated correctly? Walking away in disgust I happened upon slippers for the male gender all by myself, needless to say the selection was extremely lacking and an utter mess, some on the shelves mostly all over the floor and all only size 6.....PATHETIC! I will no longer frequent that Mr Price Retail Park as there are far more stores that offer service and knowledge at least with a smile that would be happy with my patronage.

Get your act together, times are even more difficult now and you need shoppers more than we need you
