Mr Price - worst service

I brought something on the Mr Price app, the money went off on my account but I didn't receive a confirmation email or order number. This happened on 22/05/2021.I have send POP and i still don't have my money. I have been sending mails to Meeander Moodley and it's just been horrible service all the way. This is the worst service I have ever received from any company.
