Mr Price worst customer service

The worst most pathetic service, I tried to make a purchase on Mr Price home online store, the order did not go through, but my Mr price account was debited, I notified your consultants via the Facebook chat option and was advised its a transaction error which would be reversed I. 48 -hours and I would receive voucher for inconvenience. It's now 10 days later the balance reversal still hasn't been done and I haven't received any feedback or from any of your consultants after attempting to follow up on all your help lines.
