Mr Price Workers Poor/Lack of RICA buying a new phone. Very poor service

December I buy a phone from Mr Price Carlsworld, a dual sim. I have been using it for a month, today I wake up to my phone having no network. I contact MTN and they tell me that my MTN main sim card is not rica registered, I am shocked as to how do I buy a phone with sim card not rica registered, how does this store give me a sim card not rica registered. How come was this not even sorted out from the beginning, till now? Now I am told I have to take my time, pay transport to go and rica register my sim card due to negligence of the Mr Price shop workers. This is quite unacceptable. The person who was assisting me is LEBO and the store manager is LORRAINE. They do not seem to know what they are doing in that store, as a result, they will mess up many customers.
