Mr Price won't help me cancel the extra charges on my account

I am very disappointed in Mr Price's staff.I have contacted them numerous times via email and telephone I have finished my airtime calling their call center just to be told I am in the wrong department and to be put through just to wait for over an hour or till my airtime runs out and they never pick up the call rather gets cut. I spoke with a few people via email and they all just went silent Nokwazi Dladla is 1 of them so is Precious Mqadi, and I spoke to Deenashni Maharaj who assured me those will be cancelled within 1 month I am still waiting...I asked these 2 women to cancel these charges on my account but they went silent on me. This is really the worst experience I had to endure
