Mr Price WONT give me back my money!!!

On Saturday the 12th of December i visited the. Mr Price store in Newtown Junction with my husband. I bought a pair of shorts and swiped my husbands card. Because the store was full and the line going to changing rooms was too long as i was in a hurry i assumed it was my size and didnt fit the shorts. When i got home I only then tried on the pants and realised that the shorts were not my size. i went back to the store alone Tuesday 15/12 with the shorts and till slip. I was refused a refund because i could not produce my husbands card as he was not present at the time,the sales assistant called the manager when he couldnt make me understand the process,the manager came and said the same thing and suggested that I take something else from the store or she would give me a voucher. So my options were to just take something else (that i didnt like in the first place cause if i had liked anything else they had to offer i wouldn't be at the counter begging for my money) or get a voucher that would basically do just that anyway. I am very disappointed that i had to go back home and make another trip with my husband inconveniencing him too...POOR SERVICE. UNNECESSARY PROCESSES.DISAPOINTED
