MR. Price wont get money with MCS

Due to unforseen circumstances. I couldn't afford to pay the full amount on my Mr. Price account, however I still made a plan to atleast pay R50 each month as thats all I could afford after, fuel, rent and food for the month. They had handed over my account to some company called MCS who at first would continiously call me after I told them I dont have any extra money and explained to more than 5 different consultants my issue. Later I blocked their number as everytime they would ask the same things and I was tired of having to over and over tell them whats going on in my life. Last year November I had heard that I might be getting a bonus and had asked them to please send my the total amount so that I can make some plan between my Mr. Price account and 5 others. They never got back to me and so I paid the little bit extra I got towards other accounts and paid about R800 to Mr Price.

Last week I tried asking for my balance again. MCS advised they will get back to me. Monday the 9th of March I followed up again with them and their story changed from waiting for Mr. Price to give them a balance to " A consultant will contact you to make payment arrangements" I advised them I only want the balance as I need to go work out and see what I can do extra to pay it, and I would like it on black and white the balance. They ignored me the rest of the day. So today Tuesday the 10th of March, I went on mrpmoney.com and saw that I could link my account number. So I tried it and low and behold I got my own balance thats due to Mr. Price. I sent a picture to MCS as they still never rep**** to me and told them not to worry I got the amount directly from Mr. Price and will be paying this amount to them. About an hour later MCS send me a message saying no my balance is R790 more than what showed by Mr. Price as its their interest in fees I need to pay. I refuse to pay for such unprofessional service. They drag along the accounts just to make more money and for those of us trying with what little we have they prolong it to get more out. They dont really follow up or assist in making some plan for MR. Price themselves to get their money instead they let the accounts get worse and then when Mr. Price wonders why is no one paying its because these ******* are cashing money into their own pocket and making the customers of Mr. Price struggle even more to get anything done. I feel for a big company Mr. Price you can do better and have collectors that are more on point and actually cares about getting you money not focus on what more can they get if they prolong or call 5 times a week with the same questions.
