Mr price with their data plan and insurances I'm disappointed. I would not recommend a friend

I opened an account last month. And i got a statement this month with a data plan that I did not agree to, that I need to pay. I have been calling them and sending emails for them to cancel but unsuccessful. I also have insurances added that I requested them to cancel but I was told that I can't have an account if I don't have insurance. My problem and frustration is that it's now month end and I don't know how I'll pay this high installment that I can't afford. I'm very disappointed, that I could not get help and now I dont know what I'll do.
