Mr price ***** with insurance products without customer consent

I opened an account with them February and I got a call from their insurance department welcoming me to Mr price and they advertised their insurance products, I disclosed that I'm at work at the time of the call and that I would like for them to email me the documents regarding these products, after work I went through the email and rep**** that I'm not interested in the products and they continued to bill me for them, the products also include funeral cover and since I did not sign or consent to these products , I wonder who the beneficiary is since I never consented to anything. I've emailed and called multiple times and the insurance department hasn't been answering any of my calls , I went in store and used the in-store phone, called various times and they still didn't answer the calls, the store staff suggested emailing the insurance department on my half and they Cc'd me on the email and they still didn't reply. Upon that I paid the balance of my account excluding the products they added without my consent and they sent me a message today stating that I'm in arrears , I called once more today and they still didn't answer my call hence I decided to write my review. Now I plan on taking it up with consumer protection.
