Mr Price where do you find your employees?

<p>Due to the fact that i work in the newton park area I had the unfortunate experience of visiting Mr Price clothing in Greenacres pe between 1 and 2 today. The lack of staff at the till is pathetic and outrageous compared to the many floor people who are having loud conversations about personal matters back and forth across the store. The girl with the swipe machine who hovered around the que area would not allow me to pay for my purchases even though nobody else in the que needed her help. Her answer with a side of attitude was rude. I was not addressed in a respectful manner at all but rather as a toddler who was tugging on her leg. If she refuses to help the card paying customers she should get behind the till and assist that way. Atleast the que would move faster. Who ever does your hiring of staff should be seriously dealt with as Mr Price greenacres resembles that of a taxi rank,loud and rude staff who seriously lack customer service s****s. There is a way to deal with a client whether you tell them what they want to hear or not. Respect goes a long way especially when your client is considerably older than the abrasive eye rolling staff member. My would be purchases remained in the store and my unpleasant 20 min shopping experience have left a sour taste in my mouth. Staff is such an important component of any company choose them wisley.</p>
