MR PRICE WESTWOOD IS TERRIBLE

Indian female Manager at Mr Price Westwood mall KZN is totally unprofessional and dumb. I have bought a set of pjamas and other items, i changed some items on my original receipt and the cashier did not ask if i needed it and i did not remember to ask for my original receipt. I needed to change another item and did not have my original reciept, the lady told my last week wedneday that she will check through all the receipts and she will call me the next day. It is now one week later and i have not received a call. I went in store store today to ask her whats going on, she says that she is looking for it as she has been busy. I told her that she could have called and notified me that she is still looking for it. She said that the store does not have any phones and she has to use her personal phone to call me. It is not the first time that i had a bad experience with her. She is totally stupid and always screams unprofessionally and jokes with the workers while at the cash desk. I need this matter to be taken up. Their service is absolutely poor and they never willing to help. Just a bunch of lazy people employed there..
