Mr price Westgate

LBrought few items at Mr price Westgate using my standard bank account, I swiped for my items nd the money reported out of my account, than the teller told me that am unable to get my items as the money dnt go through on their side(pending). It's either I do another payment or wait 7days for the money to reflect on their side. I requested to speak to the manager and I was told his not around.
