Mr Price western Cape (Khayelitsha)

I have an account with Mr Price . I bought a phone and I am a well paying customer. The phone got broken and i took it back. I was told my phone is going to be brought back to the store in a maximum of 14 days. That was the 22nd of February 2019 today it is the 16th of April 2019 I still don't have a phone or an explanation of why I do not have it. I have been going to the store everyday in vain, the cashiers are getting rude. I asked them to call complaint department for me and they refused.
