Mr Price want you to shop and then Harass

My account being one month in arrears for R60 odd plus, had a consultant contact me to make a payment arrangement. I confirmed that I would pay the outstanding balance of 399 in one payment on the 7th march. the person put down the date as 4th March even though I corrected her. To date I have been receiving numerous phone calls and threatening sms's from the company. payment was made in full yesterday and I want my account closed. Had the misfortune of speaking to Roseira this morning a manager ( After more phone calls from early this morning) do believe, that has no clue as to customer service or dealing with a very irate customer..... bad attitude and interrupting me left right and centre..... good way to calm down an upset customer apart from raising her voice to me...... I am waiting for a manager higher up the food chain to contact me on Monday .<br> <br> I do not and will not take bad customer service and harassment. Stay away form this circus of a company.
