Mr Price Vryburg Employees Are Very Rude And unprofessional

Ijoh My year just got ruined today at Mr Price Vryburg Nomfanelo just insulted me in front of the Store Manager and she didn't do anything about it The store was just about to close and This Nomfanelo lady grabbed my basket as I was approaching the till to pay saying all types of insulting words to me telling me that she wants to knock off am delaying her And the worse part is that all Mr Price Workers in Vryburg are Rude They were singing in the shop telling us that they will sing until we **** off the store because they want to knock off There was this other older lady Named Linda she was very polite and asked me to calm down of which I did Nomfanelo still continues with her disgusting behavior telling me that if I don't make it quick to the till she is closing her till I will see where will I pay for my staff I just stood there and asked her that is she aware that what she is doing is not okay to me or us as customers she blatantly said proudly that i dont care even if you report me You will never succeed and that time the Manager was there i asked the manager that is this how you run your store she just stood there not answering me

People were running in the store not shopping comfortably because all of the stuff were busy making threats that they will even switch off the lights of the store After paying she threw my change and slip on the floor

Is this how we supposed to be treated
