Mr Price Vouchers are theft

I attempted to purchase a voucher online - they took my money but still no voucher received, 5 days later. After numerous emails and apparent "resending" of the voucher - still not received (and yes, I did check all my spam, junk mail etc. folders). When I asked them to call me or refund me the agent says:

"Jessica Moolman here from Team Mr Price

Kindly note i cannot call you its very busy i sent you proof that it was sent to you , you need to check with the person who it was previously sent to they must check their spam emails and junk emails"

This is theft!
