Mr Price very bad delivery

Made a pruchase online gave the m the correct address they need to delvier to and Mr Price sent it to the wrong address now i dont know where my package is and no one can tell me. I have emailed and chatted to them on whats app and they keep saying the courier company will call, they dont call and keep saying on there tracking wrong address. This is pathetic fro mMr price side that they cant even tell a preson where there package is and when it will be delviered.
