Mr Price using Mafia tactics for SETTLED ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!!

I am shocked by the ******** behavior of Mr price.

I had an account with them which subsequently went under Debt Restructuring and the collections were handled by Consumer Friend. The account has been fully settled via Consumer Friend since March 2020.

As has been happening with Consumer Friend, every time I settle a debt, the credit bureaus get updated to reflect that. This has been happening with all my other accounts with other credit providers when I settle.

Imagine my shock when Consumer Friend send me an email stating that Mr Price refuses to update the credit bureaus to reflect that my account has been settled until I have settled all other accounts with other credit providers. Meaning that they themselves have now tuned into debt collectors for other companies.

My life is now being held back because of a R200 outstanding amount which has been settled. The least of the debts that I had is now causing me the most headache.

I think the ridiculousness of all of this needs to be exposed on all platforms.

THAT A HUGE LISTED RETAIL COMPANY LIKE MR PRICE REFUSES TO UPDATE A PAID UP R200 DEBT TO REFLECT AS PAID UP.

Very shocked and disappointed. Either Consumer Friend is lying to me or there is major incompetence with NCR regulations at MRP Head Office.
