Mr price useless call centre waiting periods

I was kept waiting on the line for 54 minutes to to give up and hang up. I am trying to fix something for the second time. Customer services is pathetic whether you are in the store asking the till attendant to help or phoning yourself. The cashiers get kept waiting on the phone for longer than customers. I am so so digusted. Pathetic service and a useless call centre.
