Mr PRICE USELESS

Worst service ever!!!! I placed an order only to be told that the order cannot be traced yet the money has gone of my bank account. Mr Price consultants want my bank information to verify yet I have a confirmation number that confirmed the order. The call centre agent had the audacity to put down the phone in my ear because I did not want verify my card number. Is this *****? How can you get a confirmation number and yet the order is not placed.
