MR price ********* and ******** us of out hard-earned money

i have settled my account on the 28 of november 2019 using the mr price app, the payment did not reflect and i told myself that i should at least two days and i will check. the next thing i get a call from a rude agent saying why i did not pay my account. i tell her that i have settled the account of the balance of R3941.17 and she still persist that i did not pay, i sent an email to *** with a proof of payment which is a bank statement but no response from mr price. now i receive a message that im listed as a bad payer on credit bereau but i settled an account mr price is cheating us and is not reliable company
