Mr Price unacceptable and poor customer service

Good morning On 2020-11-30 I went to Mr Price in Tokai and made a purchase of R1495,00 I lost the original receipt and needed a duplicate which I requested at the branch a person name Sean who apparently was the manager, said they don't issue duplicates and there is nothing I could do. I find this unacceptable and poor customer service.
