Mr Price *****ulent contract

I got into a 12 months contract with Mr Price where they’d send me R50 airtime to my existing Vodacom phone number and charge it to my Mr Price clothing account monthly. The contract finished in August however they kept sending me airtime and charging my account, I called them and was told I could only cancel it in store, I went to the shop were they called the customer service line and was told by the rudest consultant that if I cancel this contract that was supposed to have expired according to agreement that I would lose my phone number, my network will be completely shut down for the next 3 days and I won’t even be able to do a sim swap until the end of these 3 days. All of which was not disclosed in the first place. My contract with Vodacom was completely cancelled in the process also without my knowledge.
