MR Price Tygervalley Security

On 10 April 2023, I went to Tygervalley Mr Price Clothing and when I got to the door the security lady stopped me to check the bag items and then said to me that one item wasn’t scanned. We went back to the lady at the cashier and she said that the bag wouldn’t show on the slip. I then went back to the lady at the security and the staff member that went with me to the cashier, told the security the story, and even after this, she wouldn’t let me out of the store. I had to take out all of the items that I bought and gave the bag to them and walk with the items in my arms out of the mall. Very bad customer service if you ask me. MR Price Tygervalley will not see me again.
