Mr price Tshwane mall refuses to do a layby

I went to the store to do a layby on Wednesday as I'm used to. Then was told that they are offline. I was fine with that because it was Loadshedding. Went again on Thursday, same story but some stuff member hinted that "akere you guys make layby with R10.00 and never come to collect or cancel on the last minute" so, this means they are not offline, they are blatantly refusing to help with layby. I went again today 29/10/2022. They still tell me the same story. I had asked a few people from other malls if the stores there are offline, they said no. So, Mr price Tshwane Regional Mall staff is refusing to help us with layby
