Mr Price Trade Route Mall Lenasia - Appalling service

i have been trying to communicate with the consumer care department and the store manager relating to the purchasing of 2 x pants of the same size however the 1 is a factory reject on size. The store manager refuses to grant the exchange and fails to provide the corrective action that a corporate would normally take! The complaint has been dealt with in an unprofessional manner and i request that a senior employee from head office contacts me in order to provide quality customer service.
