MR PRICE *******

I bought 2 blazers on the Mr Price online app, via my credit card. The transaction went through but I never recieved an order number. I've logged my query with the customer service department they confirmed they money was deducted and will refund me the money to my credit card. I made this purchase on 16 September already, on the 26th of September I received an email informing me the money would reflect 27th September the afternoon for the latest. Today is the 01st of October to date nothing has transpired. I've been emailing customer service and called them. The agent advise the person dealing with my query will contact me and I'm still waiting. The service at Mr Price is apauling!!! You hold on so long to be assisted and when you do get someone you are not being assisted. I've sent Lucky emails to advise me regarding this matter and I'm being ignored!
