Mr price *****s

As I was at the shop paying I forgot my wallet at the till point,I came back after a couple of minutes and I told the cashier that I forgot my wallet at the till then she told me that she didnt see any wallet, I begged all of the cashiers to give me my wallet and went to the shop for about 4 times thinking they gonna give me but they all said they didnt see it, after 3 hours I received a phone call saying they found my wallet inside a drawer at the till point and it was hidden inside the file, all my money was gone. I asked for the manager and she said she can only give me R200 but the money inside the wallet was more than that, she took my details and said she will give me feedback about the action taken, ever since then no phone call was made not even a letter of apology was send. I really loved shopping at Mr Price but ever since that day I really dont think as a customer im safe. Hope to get a respond soon.
