Mr Price Thembi mall worst experience ever

Mr Price Thembi mall we had the worst of experience I went there to Laybye but I had to wait for my cousin with her ID cause I lost mine mind you she was just a store away tell me why their consultant came up to me not even 5 seconds of sitting on the benches he came up to me so rudely to say I should get up that’s not a resting chair me with my daughter on my back I asked him but is that how you were trained to treat customers. I think consultants as well as the manager need to be taught what customer service is and what rendering a service is I was so upset I have been to so many Mr Price stores but never in my life was I treated so badly why on earth would I just decide to go and camp at their store if I had no means to make a purchase . No one deserves to be treated like that anywhere but especially a place where I have spent my money and had plans to still make purchases this is why stores don’t reach monthly or yearly financial targets because the people hired in the store are chasing customers away.
