Mr price the worst service experienced

I have been a Mr price account holder for more than 2 years now and I have always had endless problems with things like policies being added on to my account, 2 months ago I went to a Mr price store in Chatsworth and told them to cancel all of those add on, they have me a cancellation form which I filled and signed on the 7th of April and I thought that it would be cancelled then when I went to pay my account in May the cashier told me that nothing was cancelled and I had to still pay for those add on's and then they made me sign another cancellation form and then when I went to pay my account on the 23rd of June the cashier told me that I had to still pay for the insurances and stuff, firstly I would like to say that Mr price as to be the worst store to hold an account with and secondly they seem to have no filling system what a ever because when I asked them to look for the cancellation sheets that I signed they said that they will have to look for it and call me when they have it. Mr price you need to stop hiring people who can even do they job properly.
