Mr Price - The worst customer experience.

Customer Service From Hell

I have recently dealt with Mr Price where the transaction went off my bank account but the order was not processed. Hoping to get some assistance I then contacted them using what’s app. I was told on Monday I need to wait 24 hours for the payment to be reversed which it was not and if it is not then I should contact them back. Then I contacted them again after 24 hours (Tuesday). I then deal with Berlin who then advises that he has escalated the issue and it will be resolved in 48 hours. After 48 I then called the contact center where I was told the issue is with finance and Berlin will then contact me before COB on Friday. I still have not received feedback. Then I contacted the what’s app line again hoping to get assistance. I then spoke to Preneshen who then refused to take initiative to escalate the issue because it was assigned to Berlin.

My issue has still not been resolved and it’s quite frightening that a large chain like Mr Price has such appalling customer service.
