Mr Price the *******

I opened an account with Mr Price (worst mistake). They gave me a sim card which I said i clearly do not want in the store and the manager said: "When they call you tell them that you want to cancel it and the first month is free". I left the store a few days later I was contacted and clearly stated again that i do not want the sim card and they said they will cancel it, months go by and now I owe Mr Price R300 for a sim card I've never used ( later I was told that the sim card is not free for the first month keep in mind I stated i don't want it). I received a call again and stated i didn't want it and the lady on the other end was so rude to me and told me " ITS NOT MY JOB AND I DIDNT CALL FOR THAT" the audacity. I have been trying to get my R300 refund back and I have been complaining since January now it's July and Mr Price keeps sending me threats but they can't refund me R300 for their account. Every day they send me that my account is in errors but they won't give me my refund and keep sending me threats. I was **** to by THEIR manager. I need legal assistance. I am tired of complaining and asking for help and being sent messages that they assisted me while they did nothing. I want to cancel the insurance and close this account this is the worst experience ever.
