Mr Price terrible service from accounts department

Good day! I am horrified at the service I have received from Mr Price regarding my account. It was paid in April and May via banking eft and according to them it wasnt. I have sent through my banking statement which reflects the payments and still they havent done anything to correct this and now want me to sort it out myself. This is not only unprofessional of them bit it has taken 6 months for them to not help. I expected far better from such a big company name.
