MR PRICE - TERRIBLE SERVICE

I am extremely furious and disappointed with the service I am receiving from Mr Price. On Monday the 23rd Nov 2020,I made an online purchase worth R204.99, card payment. I picked the Pargo delivery option since it was the quickest delivery option, 2-4 days. The payment successfully went off my account immediately , my cart was cleared and I patiently waited for a confirmation email and order number. Till this day I am still waiting. When I go online, on my profile/dashboard, the processed order is not there.

I then emailed the help desk yesterday, But no one got back to me with at least a response. Today I called the contact center and spoke to a lady by the name of Christine. She asked for all my details and only to tell me that she has escalated the matter to finance for an investigation, which takes 24 to 48 hours, how is this my problem??? - This was 30 minutes later into the call, MY AIRTIME BUT NO HELP.

I need these pair of shoes by Friday 27th Nov 2020, hence I went for the quickest delivery option, I am unable to track my order, since I was not issued an order number and the contact center is also unable to give me a positive answer, yet the payment went off my account. At this point I am left hopeless and frustrated. I need this matter to be resolved ASAP, otherwise I need my money back so I can go purchase elsewhere.
