Mr Price terrible online service

I placed an order online on the 18th of last month till this day the status on the app says "on hold" and ive asked at a couple of shops and they say they dont know what it means. So the Mr Price online orders take more than a month to process? This is by far the worst online ordering service...worse part i cant even cancel the order and ive already paid for it
