Mr Price sucks

I bought a voucher online and it stated that i could use the voucher either online or in store. Then i decided to use it in November because i also get a bday discount only for them to say no sorry it cant be used online because they have technical difficulties. So i lose out and they just go sorry theres nothing they can do about it.
