Mr Price sucks!!!

I have ordered online weeks ago, i still have not received my ordered which i needed urgently to use. I have contacted them alot times but they cant help, they are just hiding behind their useless courier. I don't understand how they use them if they don't have any communication with them. I wanted to try get a refund but they don't want.
