Mr Price Sucks

So i go into Mr Price Vangate Mall to make a payment on my wife's account as i do every month like clockwork standing in a que cos theres only 1 cashier 10 mins later get to cashier only to be told that verification needs to be done before i can make a payment apparently the policy changed last week with no comms being sent out or anything!!!
